Not a lot of changes in this snapshot aside from some map name changes (e.g. Ocean Monument Explorer Map is now Ocean Monument Map) and now when you teleport with a chorus fruit, particles display in the direction of your travel.

26.3 Snapshot 9 has been released. The snapshot server, sams.tj, has been updated. Not a lot of changes this week, but interestingly Endermen can now take damage from projectiles if riding another entity like a boat or minecart. Endermen and Shulkers will also refuse to teleport onto bedrock.

I've decided to start posting the snapshot changelogs to the server's forum instead of Discord, to help better document what changed / when changes occurred. 
Not a lot changed in this snapshot. Some changes to cushion mechanics to prevent you from being able to pillar out of caves with them while suffocating. Some map item names have changed, too. Here's the full changelog from Mojang:
