Axes can no longer disable shields, and throwing ender pearls at specific angles no longer allows you to clip through blocks. Not sure how this'll affect getting to/from the nether roof. 
It has also come to my attention that some changes in chat formatting have sort of broken the chat-to-discord and chat-to-website relays I've set up, and I plan to work on repairing those over this weekend.

26.3 Snapshot 9 has been released. The snapshot server, sams.tj, has been updated. Not a lot of changes this week, but interestingly Endermen can now take damage from projectiles if riding another entity like a boat or minecart. Endermen and Shulkers will also refuse to teleport onto bedrock.

Not a lot changed in this snapshot. Some changes to cushion mechanics to prevent you from being able to pillar out of caves with them while suffocating. Some map item names have changed, too. Here's the full changelog from Mojang:
